If you are a new patient we will ask for some basic information prior to the appointment.
Private Health insurance
If you have private medical or health insurance and your insurer has agreed to pay for your treatment, please have your authorisation code ready to provide to us when booking your appointment.
Patients with private health insurance, may be able to claim the costs of their treatment from their health insurance provider. Normally a referral letter from your GP will be required to do this. Please contact your health insurance provider to establish if your treatment will be covered.
For mental health emergencies
Dr Greaves provides an outpatient mental health service only. We always try to respond to queries in a timely fashion and within 24 hours, but we do not provide emergency care.
In an emergency if you require urgent help, please either call your GP or telephone the emergency services on 111 or 999.
